Whistleblowing Channel
Whistleblowing and Confidentiality
Tricorntech encourages internal and external personnel to report any illegal behavior committed by company employees. Anyone who discovers that a company employee has violated laws, engaged in dishonest behavior, committed fraud, or committed a crime may report it to Tricorntech by written letter or email. Tricorntech will handle the reported case through a dedicated unit:

The whistleblower should provide their name (anonymity allowed), contact information such as a phone number or email address, information sufficient to identify whistleblower’s identification, and specific evidence related to the reported content.
Tricorntech commits to keep the identification of the whistleblowers and the contents of the report confidential. And, the Company will ensure that the whistleblowers will not be dismissed, salary reduced, or any against actions happened related to violation of their legal rights, contractual entitlements, or sort. Nevertheless, this does not apply to whistleblowers who deliberately make false accusations, deceive, fabricate facts, or abuse the whistleblower channel.
